Documentation A research project that investigates current interactive on-line documentation (IOD) design theory including a study of the effectiveness of available IOD and a review of strategies for improving IOD design. The objective of the research is to produce a set of examples and guidelines that illustrate and describe effective IOD for technical communicators.
